Accounting Receivables Assistant
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? We are seeking a talented Accounting Receivables Assistant to join our team in Corporate Finance. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring that payments and deposit documents are accurately recorded.
Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in reflecting revenue and expenses in our accounting records, adhering to applicable legislation, company regulations, circular letters, approvals, and generally accepted accounting principles.

What will you do
We are looking for a skilled account receivables assistant to join our highly dynamic accounting team. The scope of work is day-to-day account payables bookkeeping tasks, including:
- Invoice matching/booking (both AR and AP)
- Invoicing
- customer payments
- English VAT (not mandatory)
- Customer statements - follow up
- Account Receivables and payable month-end closing and reconciliations
- Account receivables process improvements
- Participation in monthly clothing
- Audit support
- Ad hoc accounting tasks
Qualifications
Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of accounting principles will be crucial for success in this role
- Strong understanding in bookkeeping and accounting
- Experience with bookkeeping related to among other A/P, PO´s, assets, VAT etc.
- Experience with reconciliations and audit
- Experience with and ability to navigate in accounting systems
- Service-minded and possessing good communication skills
- Problem-solving
- Attention to detail, meticulous and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communicating level in English
