Floor manager with experience needed.

We are running two restaurants in downtown Copenhagen. One in the popular "Kødbyen" area and the other just next to the central train station. There are many things to be done and maintained and we are therefor looking for a new manager to help run our busy business. It is a hands on position and you will lead our teams consisting of 20-25 waiters/waitresses while also being the bridge between the kitchen and the front house in both places.

• Experience in the service industry with management experience
• Experience in using POS systems and Nets card machines
• Experience in events and organizations
• Comfortable with schedule planning and team training
• Natural leader
• Fluent English and Chinese
• Evenings and weekends required
