As an owner service assistant, you will be an important part of our DanCenters / Danland / Admiral Strand local office team

The job
As an owner service assistant, you contribute to a consistent attitude, quality and service towards our holiday home owners from DanCenter's local office. In addition, you contribute to effective cross-disciplinary collaboration in the team, you help to give our guests a good start to a memorable holiday.

Your mindset surpasses your background. We bond because of robust personalities, humor and calm. While experience is a plus, common traits like resilience matter most. However, it is a clear advantage if you already have experience with:

Handling homeowner calls that require prompt and courteous responses to queries and concerns
Managing walk-in inquiries, providing assistance and ensuring that all homeowner inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Booking monitoring – move-in/out
Cash statement & reporting
Check of apartments/houses
Cleaning planning
Update of house-specific information

DanCenter & Admiral Strand is rental of holiday homes mainly in Denmark, but also in Norway, Sweden and Germany. Danland is the rental of holiday apartments in holiday resorts around Denmark.
DanCenter is one of the largest intermediaries of holiday homes in Denmark and has agreements with many thousands of holiday home owners – a total of approx. 10,000. It requires a sizable and strong team. A team with competence, good interpersonal skills and an understanding of professional handling of the rental of holiday homes.

DanCenter is owned by OYO – OYO Vacation Homes.
