Enterprise Architect

Your role as part of the Business Engagement and Enterprise Architecture team is to engage and be a sparring partner in Milestone ensuring that IT capabilities are meeting business needs in line with the overall strategic direction of Milestone. Based on global initiatives you will, as part of the team, prepare the road for implementations, by using existing and new IT capabilities in a coherent enterprise view focused on delivering of business value.
Your main responsibility is to engage with the business and facilitate the process of getting clarification around the need for new or improved IT capabilities. This includes:

Early engagement with new strategic initiatives, making Enterprise Architecture Impact Assessments

Build permanent Enterprise Architecture artifacts, that accelerates the process of supporting strategic initiatives

Partner with business stakeholders and diverse teams to identify needs and guide the delivery of cost-effective and high-performing technology capabilities

Driving the initial refinement of requirements from larger initiatives

Communicate, and ensure that the assessments, principles, and directions are used and followed

Together with the rest of the team, mature the way we are working as Enterprise Architects and setting the direction for Enterprise Architecture in Milestone

You will together with the other Enterprise Architects, Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams ensure that business capabilities are adequately supported with digital tools and refined in a timely manner following our Enterprise Architecture Principles.
You will not be part of final solution design and implementation but are seen by the Solution Architects/Engineering Teams as a sparring when it comes to defining solution architecture.

Educational background within business and IT management and experience within building and maintaining strategy. Master’s degree will be meriting

+5 years of relevant experience in a similar position e.g., roles within enterprise architecture or project management, bridging both the commercial and IT
