The position As Senior Supply Chain Partner, you will be driving strategy and establishing decision-making processes across central and local supply chain teams throughout short, mid, and long-term planning horizons to standardise functions. This is a highly visible role offering a great opportunity to make a big impact within our business. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Taking the lead in identifying opportunities for improvement in supply chain planning for our Senior Vice President Area with a portfolio management approach; the core focus being on processes and strategy.
  • Building and managing roadmaps and business cases on supply chain development initiatives, including alignment, buy-in, resource allocation, etc.
  • Driving supply chain process and strategy improvement and execution in collaboration with local and central supply chain teams.
  • Contributing to our organizational efforts to streamline and digitalize supply chain processes, such as defining roles & responsibilities, performance management, etc.
  • There is also the possibility for periodic travel to various local sites across Denmark. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, project management, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, procurement, or any other relevant field.
  • Showcase excellent stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels, coupled with self-motivation and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Have applied experience in supply chain obtained within a planning, business partnering, facilitating, or project management role.
  • Possess expertise in preparing business cases, facilitating workshops, leading stakeholder meetings, and delivering process improvement or continuous improvement projects.
  • Are fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • As a person, you are motivated by driving change and continuous improvement. You are dedicated, take initiative, and like to be challenged. You thrive in working in a matrix organisation and enjoy engaging with multiple stakeholders. You can facilitate and create collaboration across stakeholders at different levels within the organization. You are flexible, able to adopt an agile approach and pivot quickly to align to changing business needs. About the Department CSD is an area with more than 3,200 employees spanning Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran, and Russia. We cover processes within device development and manufacturing, needles, sourcing, contract and local manufacturing. We work across the full supply chain and within all therapeutic areas. You will join our relatively newly established and growing team within CSD Business Support dedicated to improve our Supply Chain processes across CSD business areas to help them accomplish their goals across short, mid and long-term planning horizons. You will be working alongside 10 dedicated and skilled colleagues that enjoy sharing knowledge and sparring with each other.
