The position
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for operational planning process for our production area that supports market and clinical production as well as development and tests of new products. You will be leading the work in developing productions plans and ensuring that our products are delivered timely with highest quality in order to meet all customer’s demand.
Your overall objective is to ensure stable and reliable planning while continuously improving the supply chain.
Your key responsibilities will also include:
• Coordination for release of products across the chain to allow timely shipments
• Ensuring that raw materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients are ready for production and monitoring the bulk inventories
• Coordinating test activities for future products also in close collaboration with production, manufacturing development and sourcing operation
• Ensuring that the forecast from relevant systems is reflected into the current production system

To succeed in this role, you have:
• An academic degree within a relevant discipline e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar
• Between 2-5 years of supply chain experience
• Solid experience within SAP APO and ECC
• Proficiency in both English and Danish As a person you have high energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have experience from a production company, great analytical skills, a strategic mind-set and the ability to work independently and in a structured way. You are ambitious with a high level of drive, initiative and persistency. Moreover, you should be interested in understanding the production processes and being able to combine this knowledge with your supply chain expertise to ensure best possible operational plan. About the department
You will be working in a dynamic Supply Chain team, residing in the ET Business Development & Support unit, with 7 other dedicated colleagues. The team’s primary objective is to deliver products to our patients with right quality and at the right time, as well as, ensuring we are forefront with the capacity in order to meet future patients demand.
ET is a growing area in Product Supply, Quality & IT, responsible for the production of all tablet-based products at Novo Nordisk.
Our department is currently located in Måløv, Denmark, with plans of moving to the new Novo Nordisk site in Taastrup, Denmark, in September 2024. Working at Novo Nordisk
