On call / Reserve Waiter, Restaurant MØR at Scandic Kødbyen

Duties

• Personal and professional serving in the restaurant, bar and conference areas
• Advising guests on menu choices and wines, including upselling
• Presentation of menus and wines
• Receipt of payment and cashing up
• Preparations for meals and events, including setting up and laying tables in the restaurant and conference areas and clearing up afterwards

Who are you

• You are an experienced waiter or equivalent commercial experience
• You have a good sense of humor and a ready smile
• You love giving good service and building relationships, and are good at communication and storytelling
• You are skilled in sales and good at understanding guests’ needs and wishes
• You are able to work independently – with a focus on quality and efficiency
• You speak a Nordic language and/or good English
