As a Sr. Business Support Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Provide executive business support to senior leaders, acting as a strategic sparring partner in ensuring effective business processes and execution of management meetings.
  • Lead key projects across the organization, coordinating and aligning stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Design or modify business processes and corresponding solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Formulate, define, and follow up on operational excellence and continuous improvement objectives through close cooperation with leaders and specialists.
  • The position is ideal for a dedicated, highly experienced and results-driven candidate, who enjoys working in a global, collaborative and open-minded environment. Qualifications
    To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Engineering, Economic, Finance, Business administration or similar.
  • 5-10 years of experience, preferably from pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, providing executive support and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization internally, as well as with externals.
  • Knowledge of business processes, systems, and industry requirements.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to formulate and define operational objectives.
  • Experience in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Able to drive strategic and complex projects & activities across other departments than own department.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to provide strategic insights to the company and to balance short and long term focus.
  • Fluent English skills and experienced presenter.

    With almost 100 colleagues in AMPP, we play a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across our global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity.
    IFP AMPP is an organizational unit in Injectable Finished Products (IFP), which is the largest production area in Novo Nordisk.
