The position API QA is looking for a talented candidate to fulfil the position as Personal Assistant to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) in API QA. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with exceptional service skills and the ability to independently coordinate tasks, activities, and events in a self-driven and professional manner. The area has departments in both Denmark and the United States. The job is in Kalundborg with the flexibility to work from home or in Bagsværd from time to time. Your main tasks will be: • You will primarily act as a sparring partner and support the CVP with the execution of her management tasks. This includes the preparation of presentation materials, coordinating activities, and a wide range of PA tasks such as managing the CVP's calendar, planning management meetings and seminars, meetings and events for the area, and other day-to-day tasks
• You will be part of the management team and will work at a strategic level with the ability to navigate the organization at all levels
• You will work closely with the CVP, the HR Business partner, and the assistant groups in both API QA, NNQ, and PS API
• Additionally, you will be responsible for the assistant group network in API QA and ensure alignment of various administrative strategic tasks across the area The position offers great opportunities for utilizing your personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development. We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: • You have solid presentation and communication skills
• You are an experienced user of MS Office365 and its interconnected functionalities
• You have high social intelligence and are good at stakeholder management
• You have capabilities in organizing virtual meetings in a multiple site setting
• You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English You most likely have solid experience as a personal or executive assistant and preferably a background in administration, communication, or similar. You have solid skills in driving administrative processes and organizing tasks. You must be able to prioritize your own tasks, work independently, and be forward-looking. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in an ever-changing environment, and you can make high-level independent decisions and set direction. As an individual, you are reliable, loyal, and service-oriented. You have a can-do attitude and can effectively plan, prioritize, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a natural talent for establishing positive working relationships across the organization and reaching agreements through flexibility and compromise. About the department
API QA is an area with a total of 300+ employees and growing. API QA consists of seven operational departments, a business support department, and a management department. The area of responsibility is to quality assure and release the products manufactured by the PS API facilities in DK and the US. Working at [xxxxx]
