We are currently seeking a Deputy Administration and Facility Manager to support our Administration Department in the development of the longest-immersed tunnel in the world.

Your Role:

As Deputy Administration and Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Administration and Facility Manager in various activities and collaborating with other departments such as HR, Project Control, Execution, and external vendors.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with Finance, Accounting, HR, Project Control, Execution, Contract Management, and other FLC departments, ensuring smooth operations and financial excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Elaboration of budgets, forecasts, and monthly cost reports
  • Contract management, including negotiation, follow-up, and procurement
  • Invoice handling and financial oversight
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports to FLC and Partners
  • Planning installation and relocation of offices
  • Facility management of the site, houses, and health & safety
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with MS Office and other systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish
  • Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Project management or trade experience preferred
