At [xxxxx], our "D365 CE Power Platform App. & Dev" department, a key part of the "Microsoft Advisory & Technology" area, is dedicated to developing, operating, and transforming our customers' applications using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. Our team is deeply committed to the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, and Canvas apps, and we pride ourselves on staying at the cutting edge of these technologies.

Your Role:

As a consultant, you will leverage your commercial and advisory skills to understand our customers' business needs and objectives, creating the best possible solutions. You will seamlessly switch between customer-facing activities and hands-on development, collaborating with your team to deliver outstanding results. Upskilling is an integral part of our culture, ensuring you stay at the forefront of technology and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and challenge customers' business needs to develop optimal solutions.
• Engage in both customer-facing and technical development activities.
• Share knowledge and expertise with your team, fostering a strong professional culture.
• Communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
• Take ownership of tasks and work independently as well as in a team.

About You:

• Experience: At least 3+ years of successful experience in designing and developing customer-specific apps within the Power Platform.
• Skills: Strong technical and business acumen, with a passion for supporting business goals through innovative applications and consultancy.
• Mindset: Proactive, analytical, and pragmatic, with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Initiative: Thrive on taking initiative and ownership of tasks, working effectively both independently and collaboratively.
