Director, Head of Global Processes in [xxxxx]’s Retail business

Today we are a leading global hearing aid retailer with activities in 20+ markets with more than 5,000 hearing care experts in over 3,700 clinics worldwide, combining our global reach with a local approach and strong local brands. As part of our journey of continuously optimizing and improving our business we need a head of business processes to ensure even better coherence and harmonization between global functions, our IT department and our many markets on our processes and their overlays. You will play a vital role in our commitment to delivering operational excellence and efficiency, and you will have the global responsibility for processes and lead a team consisting of three Commercial and analytics BPOs, and with dotted line to 2 additional functional BPOs.

Key Responsibilities



As head of business processes you will ensure an important link between our business and Global IT and take a large responsibility in our journey on how to utilize systems and capabilities in the most effective and output focused way. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and mentor a team of business process owners, providing guidance and support ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure recording and maintenance of standardized and harmonized processes and procedures to enhance operational consistency and effectiveness across the organization
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to facilitate the successful implementation of process improvements and initiatives creating seamless end-to-end processes together with key stakeholders


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments and functions on specific project implementations and business development projects while promoting technology enablement and leveraging systems
  • Take ownership and be accountable for standardized and harmonized business processes across our business
  • Ensure change management efforts addressed when processes are updated
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and drive accountability for results when we change processes #LI-HYBRID #LI-CC1


What Are We Looking For



The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills for multi-stakeholder collaboration, team leadership, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving. Further, should be a self-driven innovator capable of establishing new ways of working, highly value-oriented with an understanding of global and local implications, and have a strong ambition for scale-up and business improvements. Enthusiasm and a continuous improvement/change attitude are essential.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding for processes and a strategic and global mindset. You have experience in overseeing company-wide changes and know how to accommodate for process changes on a global scale, while knowing how to navigate and contribute in scale-up strategies involving multiple stakeholders.

We expect you to have relevant masters degree and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Preferably a successful track record in deploying and working with standard and/or harmonized processes in large corporation(s). The position involves approximately 20-40 travel days to understand our markets even better.
