Join Our Dynamic Product Marketing Team

As Product Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the team in releasing new solutions in the development and execution of marketing solutions for our products, as well as coordinating the deliverables towards our Private Labels accounts.

Based at our Head Office in Smørum, Denmark, you’ll be part of the team responsible for the release of new hearing instruments, features, and audiology solutions.

Your primary focus will be to:

In this fast-paced role, it is crucial that you can focus and deliver on time to support the successful launch of our products, which occurs about twice per year. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with developing marketing materials (e.g., Instructions for Use)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product Management, and Global Marketing, to ensure successful product launches
• Plan and follow up on projects with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
• Support the creation of technical data sheets and other marketing materials
• Coordinate private label efforts across the organization, ensuring proper implementation within our releases

Mastering Stakeholder Management and Coordination

We prioritize your experience over formal education. The position calls for someone with solid communication and relational abilities, as well as a talent for structuring tasks and devising solutions to various problems. Besides this, you bring:

• High proficiency in both written and spoken English
• The ability to work well in a time-sensitive setting, meet deadlines, and to prioritize various tasks
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in similar roles, especially in international settings, is advantageous
