About the role:
We are looking for an architect with experience and technical skills in a diverse range of building typologies including residential, cultural and commercial. As an effective communicator, you will work in the design development and execution phases of building projects. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with responsibility and accountability.
Experience and qualifications:
• Qualified architect with Masters degree
• Detailed design experience desirable
• 3 to 5 years working experience
• Minimum of 5 years AutoCAD and Revit experience
• Strong proficiency in Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop and Excel
Essential qualities and skills:
• Reliable, focused, creative and detail oriented
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent design and technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively when required
• Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in speaking and writing English is essential
Expectations:
• Developing and testing design concepts
• Preparing drawings for construction and design documents
• Conducting site visits
• Preparing presentations and reports
