Topsoe’s Power-to-X unit is a strategic lighthouse on our path to be the leading provider of carbon emission reduction technologies. We are now looking for a new colleague to lead the Production Support Team at the SOEC factory in Herning. Our SOEC electrolysis technology will, through its unmatched energy efficiency, play a significant role in the green electrification of the chemical and refinery industry.Who we’re looking for
Could be Production-, Logistic Engineer, Production Planner or have a similar education and experience from automated production.Who we’re looking forAre an experienced user of planning tools and ERP systems – we use SAP Hana, Primavera and AVEVA MES.The factory is in the startup phase, and you will be main player in the commissioning of the production lines, when ramping up and going into full production.You will be a part of the production team and work with:

Creates detailed production schedules based on long term plan coming from Global Supply chain

Coordination of different stakeholders (Global Supply Chain, Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D)

Evaluating raw materials, components, and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production

Resources planning - scheduling shifts and staff to ensure the availability of required resources at the right time

Production planning activities within SAP and MES

Optimize material flows in the production

Facilitate regular planning meetings

Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance and shutdowns in the production

Monitoring the progress of production activities, ensuring that they are on schedule and meeting quality standards

Following all production KPI´s (Volumes produced, OEE, Scrap)

Own and maintain capacity plan for the production

Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the production process

Watching costs and production KPI´s to ensure the production process stays within defined targets.

good knowledge of lean manufacturing concept and tools (8 Wastes, VSM, FIFO, 5S)

SAP knowledge

fluent English – written and speaking.
