Your role and responsibilities

Do you first and foremost see project management as your profession? Your focus will be projects centered on electrification/automation/control systems across Danish industry, energy and utility companies.
We are looking for your project management skills – across classic waterfall and agile methodologies as we are in the beginning of our journey towards are more agile setup and we hope you to become an inspirer in this. As such, you must like to challenge the existing with an additional understanding of that Rome wasn’t built in a day.
• Classic A-Z project management of projects for our existing install-base
• Ensure quality and deliverables within agreed deadlines from tender to delivery
• Create a good teamwork with your Project Controller – minimize your time spend related to budgets and economy in general
• Create and manage project plans, follow-up and coordinate activities within the project team
• Identify and secure necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule
• Motivate and guide your team(s) of technology specialists from Denmark and abroad

Qualifications for the role

• An understanding of project management as your profession
• Some years’ experience as Project Manager, ideally within the process automation space
• Some knowledge of [xxxxx] products is naturally beneficial but not a prerequisite for applying
• Knowledge of both classic waterfall and agile methodologies including SAFe and/or Scrum
• Knowledge of IPMA
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, MS Projects or similar
• Overview, structure and proactive problem-solving skills – the classic project management DNA

You will join a skilled, dedicated and well-functioning team of 11 Project managers and 4 Project Controllers. Our plan is that you will join our Aalborg office. However, if you are the right match you can be based in Middelfart or Esbjerg. Everywhere, we have hybrid workplace with major flexibility. We will provide a mentor/buddy to ensure a good introduction and provide you with a regular go-to-person when having questions. If the Aalborg office is your new workplace, you must be ready to spend some time in Middelfart where your mentor is based.
