Chief Information Security Officer

As our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will play a pivotal role in driving, monitoring and further strengthening our information security posture and strategy across the organisation. You will lead a team of 5 specialists and work with stakeholders across the organisation – in Denmark and globally. Heading up the Security & Compliance team, you will also be part of the Technology leadership team.Moreover, your areas of responsibility will include the following:

Organize, and manage the Security & Compliance team and as part of the technology leadership team, ensure deliverables across the team and the technology unit.

Act as focal point in [xxxxx] with regards to all Cybersecurity and regulatory matters concerning Technology.

Establish and maintain a generic foundation of controls and policies which can be (re)used across compliance frameworks and domains.

Proactively engage with, coach and “police” all teams in DC to ensure a state of high alert with regards to Cybersecurity threats and ability to respond to these

Ensure strategy for and availability of proper processes and tooling in close cooperation with Head of IT-Operations and Head of Architecture & Security in IT-Operations.

Have solid experience in information security, preferably in a global setting

Have experience from a similar role in a Tech/IT environment.
