We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian chef to join our time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and possess the following qualities,
Menu development: The candidate should have experience in developing innovative and authentic Indian menus, incorporating traditional and modern dishes to cater to a diverse range of tastes.
Team leading: The candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to deliver high quality dishes in a fast paced environment.
Tandoor Expert: The candidate should be proficient in using a tandoor oven to prepare a variety of tandoori dishes, such as naan, kebab, tikkas with skill and passion.
Creative: The candidate should be creative and able to bring new ideas to the table experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentations to create unique and memorable dishes.
