Chinese noodle chef

We are looking for 1 experienced chef for our restaurant in downtown Copenhagen whom is able to join our kitchen team with immediate effect. Your experience should cover hand-pulling noodles, wrapping dumplings and dim sum.
Work details include - Training of kitchen assistants, delegation of duties, prep and cook our dishes to perfection, keeping count on inventory, and the implementation of cleaning routines.
We expect:
- At least 4-6 years of experience working with Chinese food
- Diligent and reliant
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Leadership qualities with passion to teach others
