Chef de partie - Fratelli Kolding ApS

Fratelli is the promise of an authentic dining experience, right where Italian cuisine meets the best Danish ingredients. We have allowed ourselves to combine passion for the good food experience with informal coziness and a good atmosphere.

We produce the pasta ourselves, the pizza dough is cold-risen overnight and baked in stone ovens. Risotto, salads and antipasti are produced to order and meat from the grill is a chapter by itself. The wines are imported directly from the producer, by our own sommelier.

To ensure a continued successful operation, we are now looking for two chefs for our kitchen in Kolding.

• You are a trained chef with all details within the responsibility for the quality delivered from the kitchen.
• You are an approachable & communicative teamplayer
• You are passionate about being an important part of the teams success.
• You enjoy being in charge of creating the best flavors of your rawmaterials.
• You are structured and have a sense of order.
