[xxxxx] is seeking a pro-active and detail-oriented Senior Communications Advisor to join our Corporate Communications and Public Affairs department. The department is responsible for planning and executing of Xellia’s external and internal communications activities in close collaboration with our sites globally and various departments across the organization.

All in a day’s work
We are seeking a Senior Communications Advisor to spearhead corporate communications initiatives at Xellia. The primary focus will be on internal and change communications, including stakeholder management and CEO communication. As a valued member of a small team, you will be expected to excel independently, thriving in delivering comprehensive communications plans and strategies encompassing key messaging, statements, Q&A and press releases and, at the same time, not shying away from writing articles for the intranet and producing content for our social media.

Attention to detail is paramount, and the ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to seeing communication projects through from inception to completion. With a wealth of experience in communications and a comprehensive toolbox, you possess the ability to think strategically and quickly grasp complex issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
  
  
• Brings 5-8 years of corporate communications experience, including expertise in internal and change communications
  
  
• Demonstrates excellent written communication skills in both English and Danish
  
  
• Is proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  
  
• Strikes a balance between effective networking and independent work, exhibiting efficiency and structure in task management
  
  

It’s a further plus if you bring experience from the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
