Are you prepared to craft and advance the comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global Partner Portal Solution in harmony with our business goals?Are you prepared to craft and advance the comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global Partner Portal Solution in harmony with our business goals?If your thriving in the intersection between business development, digital and stakeholder engagement you might be the Partner Platform Manager we’re looking for.If your thriving in the intersection between business development, digital and stakeholder engagement you might be the Partner Platform Manager we’re looking for.What is the job about?What is the job about?In collaboration with key stakeholders, our Partner Platform Manager will ensure the partner portal aligns with the Grundfos’ broader digital transformation initiatives and have an important part in shaping and executing our strategy for building and maintaining this global digital partner portal for three out of four divisions: Industry, Commercial Building Services and Water Utility.The platform serves as a critical touchpoint for our global network of partners, enhancing collaboration, communication, and efficiency to increase customer satisfaction and opportunity pipeline through the Partner Portal.Your main responsibilities:Your main responsibilities:Roadmap and Purpose: Create a comprehensive plan for the Global Partner Portal Solution that supports the company's strategic goals, collaborating with essential contributors to ensure it complements Grundfos' wider digital transformation efforts.
Stakeholders and planning: Gather and prioritize stakeholder (partners, internal users, market trend) requirements and needs from all relevant divisions.
User Experience/Customer Journey Design: Ensure an excellent end-to-end user journey – from onboarding customers to attraction, engagement and activation through relevant touch points.
Collaborate with internal business process owners, product owners and IT delivery organization to ensure development and optimization of core processes and integrations.
Daily Operation: Ensure the platform is running and handle daily operations
Performance: Set up and track Key Performance Indicators to assess the outcome and significance of the Global Partner Portal Solution

Most likely to have 3-7 years of relevant work experience.
Skilled in driving processes or projects.
Solid record in coordinating stakeholder involvement and dialogue, coupled with a background in facilitating communication between business and technology teams.
Experience with the development and oversight of digital platforms in a business-to-business context being advantageous.
(Nice-to-have) Experience is implementing or running Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or Partner Portal Management (PPM) platforms.
