Your role is to plan and implement commercial initiatives for our TRIOS portfolio of intraoral scanners, which will enable us to achieve commercial success in the markets.You will be a vital part of the TRIOS Product Management team within the Product Strategy organization at [xxxxx]. In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
  • Take ownership of the full commercial product lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-launch to End-of-Sales.
  • Develop commercial product initiatives, including pricing strategies and competitive product analyses, to maintain and enhance market positioning.
  • Responsible for global pricing of the TRIOS portfolio
  • Serve as the voice of local markets in decision-making processes and provide essential support for key commercial activities.
  • Building story lines around the products and generally ensuring a clear product marketing communication
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning and product launches.
  • Engage with technical product managers to gain a deep understanding of product features, market competitors, and technology trends.
  • As the first point of contact for product related commercial topics, it is your job to engage, collaborate, and find solutions together with local sales teams and other commercial functions across the company.
  • Lead a team of 4 people all involved in the commercial growth of the TRIOS product portfolio.
  • Assign tasks, motivate, and ensure continuous development of your team members.
  • Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses 5+ years of experience in similar roles within the industry, ideally with people management experience.
  • Exhibits a customer-centric approach, with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for innovation.
  • Possesses a solid commercial mindset – understanding customer needs, market development, and competitor offerings.
  • Can, once onboarded, effectively communicate benefits and positioning of the TRIOS portfolio to internal and external stakeholders.
