Meneta is looking for a new colleague in our German Branch office located in Koblenz RLP, Germany.
The Meneta Group has specialized in developing, testing, simulating, and producing high-quality automotive components, composite coil materials, and customized finished parts. The Group consists of 10 production companies and more than 2.500 employees. The head quarter is located in Odense, Denmark. Technical centres and sales offices are located in Germany, USA, India, China, Brazil, and Italy.

Your role:
Support the CAE department with the following tasks:
- Prepare and run advanced in-house FEM models by use of Abaqus.
- Document and report findings.
- Analysis of test results.
- Comparison with real hardware and updating of the virtual counterpart.
- Opportunity to expand the role:
- Further develop and enhance the core technology driving the department.
- Customer visits, technical presentations, and collaboration
- Participation in technical conferences
- Support R&D on core and new product development.
Your background: Degree in Mechanical engineering (BSc, MSc) or equivalent.
Your skills: All levels of experience are welcome to apply.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of static and dynamic mechanical systems.
- Eye for detail, a drive for completion also with a certain level of routine work.
- Allowed to work in Germany.
- Quick, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Work autonomously in a multidisciplinary team.
- Some programming skills, Python is used inside R&D.
- Driver’s license class B.
- A good level of spoken and written English is key.
- Proactive and hands-on approach when needed.
Preferred but not required qualifications:
- Spoken and written German is of great advantage for the day-to-day communication.
- Work experience.
- Experience with Abaqus Standard.
- Experience with measurement systems.
