Market access assistant

In the role, your responsibility will cover a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing legal documents to setting up traders on trading platforms.Your responsibilities will include:

handle and maintain registrations of legal documents for subsidiaries and branches and investigate legal requirements

manage Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requests and documentation from for instance counterparties, banks and exchanges

perform internal cost allocation and approving invoices

assist with market research to ensure we have the right market access set up in all the countries where we do business

coordinate registrations and licences with internal and external stakeholders, such as traders, authorities and regulators on an ongoing basis

In short, we enable traders to access the products and markets they want to trade in. This means that we act as a business partner to the organisation and add value by supporting the trading units.We are a team of four dedicated specialists with diverse backgrounds, and what brings us together is our shared goal: taking our business to new heights. We enjoy social activities with our colleagues in the Legal & Compliance unit.
