Do you have experience within climate facilities and warehousing, or are you a keen learner with an interest in GMP storage? And are you structured in your way of working and have an eye for details? If so, this could be the position for you!
We are looking for a Climate Facility Professional, who can co-lead the operation of our climate facilities in Bagsværd.
The position
Due to expansion, we are looking for a professional, who preferably has experience within climate facilities or warehousing. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the climate facilities within a GMP environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintenance and Service, i.e., handle contractors
• SOP maintenance
• Re-qualification of climate facilities
• Perform System Evaluation
• Maintain Validation Master Plan
• Update of Site Master Files
• Frequent review of data
• Present climate facilities in audit and inspection situations
• CR (Change Request) and DV (Deviation) handling
You will be part of a team of 12 people and working close together with a peer colleague. Whilst working independently, you will have support of highly skilled colleagues within equipment and climate facilities across the entire area.
If you have limited experience with climate facilities, we will support your development through on-the-job training, courses, and other relevant training to advance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• At least a Bachelor’s degree within Engineering, Science, Pharmacy or similar
• Experience working with a GMP environments
• Preferable, experience working with climate facilities or warehousing
• Experience with ensuring compliance of equipment
• Excellent communication skills with experience of working closely with stakeholders
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, while Danish is an advantage In this position, you will be the “go-to” person, that is why we are looking for a professional who works well independently, is service minded and willing to go the extra mile to provide support to climate facility stakeholders. You are by nature eager to learn and are pragmatic, structured in your way of thinking, have good organisation skills, and have an eye for detail when it comes to compliance. Additionally, you can use your communication and interpersonal skills to build relations cross-functionally. About the Department
Site Support and Improvements is part of the Manufacturing Development of the Injectables Finished Products (IFP) organisation. In IFP Manufacturing Development, we have the expert knowledge of our products and the processes which is needed to implement new solutions, improve processes, and provide general support to our production sites. We have laboratory facilities for support and innovation purposes and GMP climate facilities where we, e.g., store reference- and stability samples from production sites.
