The position
We are seeking a talented Senior Communication Partner to advise, lead and execute the communication efforts for ‘Integrated Quality’, a pivotal transformation initiative aimed among other goals at cultivating a quality mindset across our organisation of over 60,000 colleagues.
In this role, you will drive strategic communication related to Integrated Quality and promote awareness of quality across [xxxxx]. You will support the Corporate Vice President and the management team, using your solid communication toolbox to advise on communication matters and develop creative communication content with clear messages that resonate with our organisation. The position embraces a wide range of tasks and will call for many different competences that includes:
  • Communicating direction and milestones.
  • Setting the agenda, raising awareness and promoting the importance of Integrated Quality across [xxxxx].
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner by providing competent input and support on important topics.
  • Developing, planning and executing inspiring internal events.
  • Producing inspiring and creative communication content for internal channels (e.g. Viva Engage posts, videos, presentations).
  • The job will offer frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network. You will report to the Head of Quality Communication and SVP Communication Partner. Qualifications
    We are looking for an independent and result-oriented individual, who approaches tasks with structure, energy, curiosity and a positive attitude. To succeed in this role, you should:
  • Have a master’s degree in communication, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic and change communication and possess a strong track record of leading communication initiatives and projects.
  • The ability to effectively communicate complex topics clearly, concisely and engagingly to management and a global organisation, both orally and in writing.
  • Have a proven track record of driving strategic communication initiatives in fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Experience in advising senior leaders on communication.
  • Motivation and result-orientation, with a high level of drive, initiative, and tenacity.
  • Speak and write English fluently.
  • On a personal level, you are a strategic thinker and ambitious on behalf of the communication profession and are good at building strong and trusted relationships with colleagues and find it natural to stay on top of what is happening across the organisation. Finally, you know the Office 365 features by heart (including SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams), and you master creating visually appealing presentations, videos etc. that catch the interest of the audience.
