The position As our new Associate Manager, you will lead by example and set the direction for our Cleanroom & Sterilization team. You will be supporting your team of 8 employees in their daily efforts to solve tasks and challenges. Some of your main tasks will be to:
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and project managers, to ensure that the production site is always able to deliver high quality products.
  • Create work environment that fosters job enthusiasm and matches the requests and capabilities of your team.
  • Set up KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and follow up accordingly to measure behaviour and results.
  • Lead by example and secure a high level of quality in your deliverables.
  • You will be part of the Process Support department management group of 6 managers who is responsible for ensuring a high-level support to our stakeholders. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you:
  • Hold a degree in Microbiology, Chemistry or any other relevant field.
  • Possess a background in Microbiology or Chemistry, ideally obtained within experience from cleanroom production and sterilization processes.
  • Have a proven leadership experience, including direct people management.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • As a person, you enjoy working in a dynamic and complex environment. You are able to prioritise and take responsibility for quality and regulatory requirements when the solution is not obvious or to fit short deadlines. You thrive in the decision-making role where decisiveness, self-consciousness and conflict management are key words, and you know how to win acceptance through direct and clear communication. You are analytical and structured, with an eye for details. You have a sense of initiative combined with empathy to support and engage your team. Last but not least, you know how to give feedback, coach and develop employees. About the department The Cleanroom & Sterilization team consists of 8 highly committed and skilled employees who are responsible for setting requirement, validating and monitoring Cleanroom production and Sterlization of Medical Devices in development projects, internal and external production. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance and manufacturing development. We are organised in eight departments and with approximately 500 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
