We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join Group HR.

Your role

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will excel in identifying the current and future skills requirements of [xxxxx], and create flexible & continuous learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop the right learning content and format tailored to different audiences. A core deliverable will be to set-up a learning platform.

The primary task will be to

  • Build a structured approach to the [xxxxx] Way of Learning – designing blended learning solutions including digital, social collaborative learning, coaching etc.
  • Design a range of learning interventions, including behavioral, functional and leadership programmes and working with external partners when relevant.
  • Drive digital tools to create flexible and innovate learning programmes – and integrate AI where possible.
  • Plan and execute Learning projects, including design and delivery of trainings and webinars. This includes making learning needs assessments.
  • Facilitating learning interventions.
  • Create centralized resources (e.g., SharePoint/Teams sites, walking decks, one-pagers, etc.) on the programs for key stakeholders and partners to easily consume and leverage.
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
  • Keep informed of industry best practices and trends in the career space, continually assessing where we can tap into subject matter experts and make improvements.

Your profile

Our future colleague has the ability to develop learning solutions that cater for global business needs – and at the same time solve simple day-to-day tasks and be hands on. The skillset needed to include learning design, learning methodology, learning impact assessment, facilitation and presentation skills, project management and basic graphic design/powerpoint.

We expect you to have approx. 5+ years’ L&D experience working within a global organization as a trusted learning & development professional – coupled with a Master’s degree in HR, Organization, Organizational psychology, or equivalent.

Experience working with senior/executive management is preferred.

Furthermore, fluency in English in both writing and speaking is a must – Danish is preferred.
