The position In this role, you will be responsible for driving and developing quality and compliance understanding across all Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) IT departments, and all employee groups. The Quality Coordinator plays a significant role in departmental leadership, and you will get the opportunity to set direction on quality related matters, across the organization, and act as a subject matter expert. You will contribute to establishing (and challenging) desired local quality objectives across API IT departments, and ensuring that goals are met. Key responsibilities include:
  • Contribute to continuous Quality Management System (QMS) improvement and progress across API IT departments.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the department's systems/procedures/SOPs are in compliance with NN QMS.
  • Responsible for ensuring departmental inspection readiness, including planning and conducting audits and inspections within own department as well as across API IT in the absence of a quality coordinator in another department.
  • Be part of the Manage-IT process group and contribute actively by driving compliance improvements across all of API IT.
  • Coach/mentor all employees regarding quality/compliance matters to foster the development of quality understanding in the department.

  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you to have:
  • An academic degree in Business Administration and Information System, IT Management or similar.
  • Several years of experience in pharmaceutical production and/or IT extensive experience in quality work.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements; GMP.
  • Knowledge of [xxxxx]'s overarching procedures.
  • Experience with IT, Lean and project work is desired.
  • As a person, you are able to work independently, and organize your own area.
