The Position As a cLEAN® Partner, you will become an integral part of the department's leadership team, reporting directly to the department head. The main responsibility is to develop a Lean culture, acting as a coach and sparring partner for the department head and the four team leaders. You will oversee strategic change management and handle stakeholder management while also ensuring the delivery of local and cross-functional projects. This role serves as a developmental opportunity with broad organizational exposure and significant autonomy, allowing you to explore potential in personnel and project management. The main tasks will be to:
• Be pivotal in ensuring effective and relevant performance management as part of daily operational follow-up.
• Support and enhance our PS API Production System on the shop floor, including visual control, daily board meetings, Leader Standard Work, value stream analysis, and systematic problem-solving.
• Take ownership of systems, training and coaching leaders and employees in Lean production and behaviour.
• Play a crucial role as a project leader and facilitator for area creative processes, whether it's optimization and change projects across PPV or local workshops and processes within the leadership team and among employees. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• Have a min. of bachelor’s degree in operations management, production engineering, global management, social science or similar.
• Solid experience in Lean production and Lean management.
• Experience with coaching and leadership development and can show concrete examples of driving change through people.
• Experience with project management and project management tools and having good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, which are considered a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English. On a personal level, you have a robust character, characterized by self-confidence, self-control, and an ability to face challenges with head held high. While being a data cruncher and used to working analytically and scientifically, you also have the skills to build trusted relationships and awake commitment in others. Being someone who inspires and challenges colleagues in an empathetic and respectful way is crucial in this role. About the department You’ll be joining a dynamic business support team, which is rapidly expanding to cater to the needs of our state-of-the-art purification plant. Encompassing supply chain, logistics, and procurement, this department plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our brand-new facility.
