The position As our new Supply Planner, you will oversee and ensure a timely purchase and delivery of raw materials to our production. You will need to build strong relationships with our suppliers to guarantee a stable flow of materials and find joint solutions in cases of disruptions. The job includes the following responsibilities:
  • Monitoring raw material stock levels and placing orders in due time for our manufacturing
  • Follow up with deliveries as well as with internal stakeholders like Warehouse, QC and QA
  • Support the team with GMP cases like deviations and change notifications
  • Timely invoice clearing in alignment with finance
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Preferably some years of experience from similar positions but newly graduated candidates will also be considered
  • Education in supply chain, business administration, engineering or you have technical experience from similar positions
  • Strong analytical mind-set – both in terms of data and processes
  • Strong communications skills towards both internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite
  • Experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage. As you will be working in a GMP environment, it is important that you are quality-conscious and preferably you have experience with quality management systems and are familiar with change request / deviation handling. You are used to work in a structured way and embrace taking responsibility within your assigned processes.
