Senior Project Engineer

The position As a Senior Project Engineer, you will participate in project activities from design to construction, commissioning, qualification and later operation.You will be responsible for:

Support the project around new equipment, systems, and processes for API downstream processing, with a focus on storage, dispensing, puffer preparation, and solvent mixing.

Review designs, prepare test and qualification documents, and execute test and qualification runs.

Collaborate with suppliers to clarify technical issues and conduct inspections and build a team of qualified operators to ensure smooth operations.

Utilize your hands-on experience with operating large-scale bio-pharma facilities to define and describe how to operate our new facility.

Take on an operational role after the project is finished, where you will have a significant position in the API manufacturing organization.

Qualifications  To be considered for this position, you should have experience in the field of Raw Material and Solvent (RMS) processing. To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical process engineering, or similar.

Knowledge about biotechnology or chemical process technology.

A solid practical experience from operating large-scale API facilities.

Good understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practise (cGMP).

Strong communication skills both in spoken and written English.
