The position As an IT Operation Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure while ensuring the stability and support of our production. In this role, you will primarily work with the infrastructure for our vendor-provided equipment, in close collaboration with the local production and with the Digital, Data & IT organization. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Development of the infrastructure architecture in close collaboration with Solution architects, Database Managers, and IT/OT engineers
  • Maintaining and updating the system infrastructure including software and interfaces
  • Supporting day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and testing systems
  • Contributing to the efficient execution of our manufacturing processes when the end of the project, and the facility enters production
  • Qualification To succeed in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Data technician, or other relevant field experience
  • Experience working with, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Systems, Active Directory
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate certificate or similar
  • General knowledge of DCS (Distributed Control system) systems and industrial communications and specific knowledge about on-premises Hardware platforms (preferably HCI Hyperconverged infrastructure) in systems
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both oral and written
