How can you make a difference?



As a P&C Partnering Lead you will in addition to being an active P&C Partner yourself lead a team of 4 competent P&C Partners, all with the objective of supporting SAS Operations in Denmark. The objective of the team is to support local leaders in delivering seamless operations by leveraging our P&C toolbox and delivering people solutions to business challenges. This includes:

• Lead, develop and motivate a team of 4 competent P&C partners to deliver second to none leadership support in SAS Operations.
• Partnering with managers on operational challenges such as day to day leadership, recruitment, union matter, difficult conversations, and other personnel related matters.
• Support P&C Business Partners on the implementation of the people agenda
• Collaborate with People Services to ensure process adherence, data accuracy and strong employee experience.
• Drive our self-service agenda by familiarizing leaders with our People Platform solution (Successfactors)
• Dialogue with employee unions
• Participate in relevant projects together with our People function colleagues.

You will be part of a 18 person P&C Partnering organization consisting of P&C Partners & Business Partners, who all have the common goal to make SAS and Operations the preferred employer in aviation.

In addition, you will be working together with our COE´s, People Services and managers in the business to successfully implement the SAS People strategy. You will report to our VP, People & Culture for SAS Operations.

The successful candidate

The successful candidate takes pride in being part of this evolution and is someone who thrives and gets motivation from providing support to our leaders on all levels.

• Experience with and natural ability to lead people and projects benefitting the team, the business and the people agenda. 
• Strong implementer of the People cycle and a proven track record of maturing leaders you have partnered with.
• Experienced P&C generalist with proven track record of building and maintaining strong union relationships.
• Has collaborated with leaders on many levels and from different functions on a wide range of employee related matters.
• At least 10 years of post-education experience, whereof part of this is leading people, either in direct line or functionally.
• Strong motivator with a proven track record of bringing people with you.
• Relevant education and an appetite to continue learning.
• You thrive in a high-pace environment, work effectively, and achieve results in a cross-functional operating model.
• Fluency in Danish and English both verbally and written.

In addition, we expect you to have a natural skill in prioritizing, to be solution oriented in your approach and an independent thinker with a positive can-do attitude to any challenge coming along.
