As a Project Coordinator in Maersk Ground Freight and E-Commerce (MGFE), you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a streamlined day-to-day operating model for our platform. As a Project Co-ordinator you'll work closely with IT and engineering teams to ensure our customer implementations are a success.

Ideally you will have had some exposure to project environments with structured process/ frameworks and standards in place and will have worked previously with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Ensure the program’s operating model runs effectively, from bi-weekly to quarterly engagements.
• Administrative Efficiency: Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining records.
• Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain regular reports on program progress, KPIs, and milestones.
• Structural Enhancements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance team structure.
• Communication: Develop and review internal and external communications related to program progress and updates.

• Project Management Foundation: A solid understanding of project management methodologies.
