Your mission… 

As MEDIA MANAGER you are the expert in paid media executing the brand’s communication (launches, always on) across all media touchpoints with a strong focus on digital platforms. You own the connection to the consumers in the media landscape, leading the campaign and content strategy. You have a profound understanding of the types of content that engages and enriches the audiences. 

You will… 

Define the overarching brand media strategy based on brand global strategy in Nordic Region focusing on digital media Define media segmentation and targeting based on the consumer profiles Collaborate with Product Brand Manager and Communications Manager to develop the influencers and owned social channels approach, as part of the overarching digital media strategy  Be responsible for full media planning and execution, including agency brief, content plan delivery, follow up, performance reporting, KPIs and benchmark tracking. Create and/or localize content for paid digital media campaigns and digital retail content in collaboration with Online Brand Manager, Product Brand Manager, Communications, E-merchandisers and E-KAMs   Responsible for optimizing campaign, audience, buying and content performance, based on media guidelines developed with agencies and internal CDMO team   Together with E-commerce manager drive Transactional Media strategy and execution Manage marketing budget for concerned digital media envelopes, in alignment with Brand Director and Product Brand Manager Work with Digital Expert Community to further develop the digital media expertise within the Nordics Hub  Follow the media discussion and report on competition and trend alerts    Be the voice of the Nordic markets to our regional HQ on the paid digital media activations  You are…  

You have +2 years of experience from a similar role, preferably from the FMCG industry or medical industry, focus on digital media You have in-depth knowledge of digital media campaign best practices & execution: both awareness and transactional parts Being an expert in media landscape in Nordics is a plus Having content development experience is a plus Having e-commerce experience is a plus You have good communication and presentation skills  You are detail oriented, works in a structured manner and well-organized in your daily work  You are fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages (written and verbally)  We are looking for Media Manager to start as soon as possible .
