We are looking for a capable Sr. Commercial Manager with proven project management experience and commercial expertise, who is enthusiastic about enabling commercial excellence and wants to join us in changing dentistry at our global Headquarters in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.About the positionThe overall responsibility of the Sr. Commercial Manager will be to enable our sales regions to improve market share gains through commercial initiatives and programs. It will be the role of the Sr. Commercial Manager to act as a business partner to the sales regions and identify, recommend, and deliver commercial improvements. To do so, it is expected that the Sr. Commercial Manager will understand the needs of the sales regions and our customers, and on this basis, develop and implement a commercial toolbox. The toolbox should encompass various components such as segmentation and targeting, data insights & reports, promotion strategy and process improvements. Additionally, the Sr. Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing, driving, and nurturing projects. This includes supporting our sales regions in driving inside sales. The Sr. Commercial Manager must have the ability to set direction with clear targets and to maintain focus on delivering the tasks set forth.ResponsibilitiesAs Sr. Commercial Manager, you will be given the following responsibilities:
  • Develop a commercial toolbox and ensure implementation and anchoring in the sales regions.
  • Create and deliver commercial projects, initiatives, and programs across the sales organization.
  • Build the foundation for a more professional engagement with our customers.
  • Ensure project scope, purpose, deliverables and success criteria are always clearly defined and aligned across all stakeholders.
  • What does it take to succeed?We are looking for a person that holds the ability to develop a good working relationship with key stakeholders across the organization. We expect that you are comfortable working with different cultures. The Sr. Commercial Manager should be curious, feel comfortable when experiencing ambiguity and enjoy being challenged. The ideal candidate has:
  • 5+ years of experience from either management consulting or a corporate commercial excellence role, ideally also experience from a commercial role
  • Solid project management skills including comprehensive analytical capabilities and sound problem-solving skills
  • The ability to lead yourself and create results through others (Leadership skills would be preferred, but not a requirement)
  • Experience with Inside Sales would be a benefit
