Vi søger en studentermedhjælper, der kan arbejde 10-12 timer pr. uge med kreativitet og initiativ til at støtte vores Kommunikations- og Design Manager. Du vil opfordre vores online fællesskab på LinkedIn og på vores hjemmeside til at opdage vores produkter og den værdi, de leverer.

Hvem er vi:

TEMcompany udvikler geoscannere, højt integrerede mobile systemer, der bruger TEM (transient elektromagnetik) til at skabe billeder af jordens undergrund. Som en scale-up virksomhed er vi i spidsen for teknologi, der udvikler banebrydende geoscannere til at tackle nutidens vandudfordringer.

Hvem du er:

Vores studentermedhjælper vil støtte vores Kommunikations- og Design Manager ved at skabe og tilføje indhold til vores hjemmeside og TEMcompanys sociale mediekanaler.

• Du har en udadvendt personlighed med vilje og evne til at række ud og skabe værdifulde forbindelser online.
• Du er i gang med en bachelor- eller kandidatgrad i f.eks. marketing og kommunikation.
• Kan arbejde selvstændigt og struktureret.
• Du skal kunne skrive engagerende på engelsk (hvis du kan kommunikere på andre sprog, er det også godt!).
• Du er digitalt indfødt og villig til at lære at bruge webstedsstyringsværktøjer (WordPress).
• Vær engageret og forberedt på at strække dig selv og dine evner for at hjælpe os med at skabe det mest kreative og indflydelsesrige digitale indhold inden for geofysik og geoscannerområdet.
• Have en grundlæggende viden om Photoshop eller andre billedredigeringsværktøjer eller videoredigeringsværktøjer (hjælpsomt men valgfrit).

Hvad du vil lave (ikke alt på én gang!):

• Hjælpe Design- og Kommunikationsteamet med at vedligeholde og forbedre vores hjemmeside i en iterativ proces.
• Arbejde tæt sammen med vores Design- og Kommunikations Manager for at planlægge og tidsplanlægge indholdspublicering.
• Hjælpe med at indsamle nyheder og information fra vores team og netværk for at sikre en konstant strøm af indhold på vores digitale kanaler.
• Støtte oprettelsen af regelmæssige nyhedsbreve via industristandard software (Mailchimp).
• Spot trending, engagerende og relevante artikler og videoer at dele med vores fællesskab.
• Effektivt kommunikere og dele din passion, viden og erfaring med dit team og resten af organisationen.

Who you are:

Our student assistant will support our Communication and Design Manager by creating and adding content to our website and TEMcompany's social media channels.

• You have an outgoing personality with the willingness and ability to reach out and make valuable connections online.
• Are in the process of a bachelor's or master's degree in e.g. marketing and communication
• Can work independently and in a structured way
• You must be able to write engagingly in English (if you can communicate in other languages, that's great as well!).
• You are a digital native willing to learn to use website management tools (WordPress).
• Be committed and prepared to stretch yourself and your capabilities to help us create the most creative and influential digital content in the geophysics and geoscanner workspace.
• Have a basic knowledge of Photoshop or other photo editing tools or video creation tools (helpful but optional).

What you will be doing (not all at the same time!):

• Help the Design and Communication team maintain and improve our website in an iterative process.
• Work closely with our Design & Communication Manager to plan and schedule content publishing.
• Help to gather news and information from our team and network to ensure a steady flow of content on our digital channels. 
• Support the creation of regular newsletters via industry-standard software (Mailchimp).
• Spot trending, engaging, and relevant articles and videos to share with our community.
• Effectively communicate and share your passion, knowledge, and experience with your team and the rest of the organization.
