If yes, you could be the one we are looking for. Our department, Oral Finished Products (OFP) Bulk Production, is growing and we are now hiring Cleaning Validation Supporter to join our exciting journey – offering an oral alternative to type 2 diabetes patients all over the world. The position
OFP Bulk production is a rapidly evolving environment, and as a Cleaning Validation Supporter you will play an important role in setting the direction and maintaining the standards of the production.
You will be part of a Cleaning & Environment support team with 12 motivated colleagues and will drive cleaning processes in our GMP regulated tablet production facility.
Main tasks will include:
  • Planning and executing of improvement projects, including cleaning validations
  • Setting the direction for cleaning processes for production equipment
  • Involvement in development of cleaning processes when needed
  • Ensuring equipment cleaning is compliant with authorities
  • Training, advising, as well as being a go-to person for sparring
  • Problem solving and deviation handling with close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • You will contribute to maintain a high level of quality through LEAN principles ensuring the best solutions. Your expertise is needed for driving improvement and setting the right standards. At other times, problem solving will be your focus – all to guarantee that our cleaning process is ready to scale up to meet the growing demand.
    Qualifications
    To be successful in the role as Cleaning Validation Supporter, you:
  • Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in science related subjects
  • Preferably have experience in cleaning processes or pharmaceutical production
  • Preferably experience with GMP, LEAN and documenting in compliance with rules and guidelines
  • Are proficient in English, and have at least an understanding of Danish
  • Are structured, thrive in taking decisions, have a strong quality mindset and a can-do spirit
  • As a proactive, results-driven individual, you excel in planning and meeting deadlines. Your strong sense of responsibility and adaptability ensure you thrive in fast-paced environments. Plus, your team-player mentality and sense of humour contribute to overall success and your strong communication skills will support you in fostering close collaboration across teams.

    Oral Finished Products (OFP) is organizationally located in Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14,000 of Novo Nordisk more than 55,000 employees. In OFP, we are steadily growing and at present we are approximately 1100+ committed colleagues in Måløv. We have great ambitions for the future, and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to the market. The pioneer spirit is what characterise us.
