To meet the increasing demand for current and future treatments in serious chronic diseases, [xxxxx] is looking into expanding our global manufacturing outside Denmark.
This is an exciting challenge and a chance to make a lasting impact. You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions QA, responsible for ensuring quality in designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across [xxxxx] to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be part of a global management team who will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.  
Once final approvals have been obtained and the facilities will be part of [xxxxx]’s global network of manufacturing facilities.
In order to succeed, this requires Quality assurance teams with a high level of commitment to ensure highest quality to our patient, even when we are challenged during project execution and daily operation.
The position
As a Senior Manager, you will build and lead QA teams for 2 new facilities.
You will have a huge role in coordinating resources, setting clear direction for highest quality to patients, participate in steering groups etc. All in which you will work closely together with several stakeholders across the world within Aseptic Manufacturing, Finished Products and QA, to ensure we will succeed with our development of the new sites.
You will be part of a management team, where we help each other building up and maintaining a strong Quality department, that is ready for the future. Together we ensure that both our employees and our departments continuously developing, and we are responsible of creating a safe environment, where wellbeing is high on the agenda.
You will drive our mission to safeguard patients, product quality and to ensure compliance with external requirements.
As we are expanding internationally, travel activities will be part of the job.
Qualifications
We are searching for a dedicated Senior Manager with a strong quality mindset, great interest in leading high skilled people, an innovative mindset, and who thrives in a constantly changing and challenging environment.
To succeed in this role, you:
  • have a masters’ degree within Natural Science, Engineering or similar
  • have extensive experience in leadership roles in a pharmaceutical setting
  • ideally have experience with qualification/validation and/or Contract Manufacturing Organizations
  • are fully proficient in English
  • The job requires excellent people management skills, strong collaboration skills, the ability to set direction and motivate your team. Furthermore, you are expected to demonstrate inclusive leadership by valuing and listening actively to diverse perspectives. It is a common aspiration for all leaders to keep a strategic overview ensuring collaboration across business functions.
