What you will be doing As part of our digitalization journey, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated backend developer to join our integration team. This team is responsible for creating integrations between digital solutions for submission of drug applications to authorities and labelling processes for our pharmaceutical product. Together with the team you will handle the ongoing development and life-cycle management of APIs and integrations to support our mission of bring better medicines faster to patients. You will be working closely with developers in own DevOps team as well as the other agile teams. In this role your responsibilities are to:
  • Design and Development of applications using RAML, OpenAPI, REST APIs, ASyncAPI and API-led methodology
  • Implement Event Driven Architecture
  • Documentation of API design and Interface specifications
  • Building Unit, Integration and performance test for the APIs developed
  • Use data analysis techniques to understand and optimize system performance, predict and respond to issues, and measure and improve outcomes
  • What we scout for To be a strong candidate for this position, we have an idea that you will possess many to most of these:
  • Proven experience with cloud infrastructure, API’s, and integrations
  • Event Driven Design
  • Security and Authentication (OIDC, logging, auditing, and policy management)
  • CI/CD Pipelines for example using Azure DevOps
  • Automated unit testing, code quality inspection and integration testing
