The position
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer at [xxxxx], you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate maintenance performance improvement projects and initiatives as well as participate in the development and evolution of new or next-generation equipment to ensure their alignment with maintenance and reliability strategies. You will also be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and improvement of equipment and systems maintenance plans during operation, and to write and review maintenance plans, specifications, and instructions.
On top of that, you will be expected to support production support teams to ensure maintenance compliance, participate in equipment/system design reviews and support equipment installation, commissioning, and qualifications, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop future maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Solid experience within maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement equipment and systems maintenance plans.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field would be an advantage.
  • Pharma experience would be a plus.
  • Other than that, as a person, you are known for having excellent written and verbal communication skills. You thrive in a global and cross-cultural environment and have strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
