Then maybe your eye for detail is what we are looking for with this position in Digital Data and IT (DD&IT) Product Supply Aseptic Management (PS AM). As our new IT responsible, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring compliance of the IT part of our production equipment, primarily for our new facilities.
  • Managing and overseeing the full life cycle, including system development, maintenance, operation, and compliance.
  • Maintaining optimal processes in line with relevant regulatory authorities (GxP) and taking responsibility for documentation of the IT part of automated systems and system security management.
  • Verifying that the systems comply with relevant internal SOPs and guidelines as well as external requirements.
  • Supervising the implementation of appropriate testing to ensure that IT requirements are met and representing the IT components during audits and inspections.

  • Qualifications
    To be our ideal candidate for the IT Responsible position, you should have:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with quality documentation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish and English
  • Ability to independently create technical documents
  • Preferably knowledgeable about IT frameworks, system development lifecycles, and operation and maintenance of automated systems


  • About the department
    The team ensures IT Compliance for both our aseptic filling departments and our packing facility in Kalundborg and Gentofte. The departments are part of the DD&IT organisation in PS. Our biopharmaceutical products are characterized by complex processes supported by employees with great professionalism and commitment. You will be part of an IT Quality team with 12 people – 4 IT system managers and 7 IT Responsible. We have offices in Gentofte and Kalundborg, but you will primarily work out of our office in Gentofte.
