With a direct reference to our Head of Hybrid Infrastructure, you will become part of a smaller newly established team within our Core IT department, who are working to secure the digital identities setup in [xxxxx]. As [xxxxx] is rapidly developing, so is our hybrid infrastructure. Therefore, we are looking for a developer with Identity & Access Management experience, who can be an active part in the development and optimization of enterprise digital identities in [xxxxx].

A job with focus on evolving the digital identities landscape
As Identity & Access Management specialist, you will be responsible for expanding, maintaining, and securing our digital identities setup in [xxxxx]. You will essentially be seeking to always uphold Identity & Access Management in [xxxxx] on par with modern best practices, while continuously exploring for the next level. This includes working with common identity- and access management areas such as authentication, authorization, compliance, and security standards, for both Azure cloud and our on-premises data center. You will be working with a range of colleagues to ensure that your goals are met, and that our digital identities remain secure.

More specifically, your primary tasks will be:

  • Managing and securing digital identities and access controls across [xxxxx]
  • Building and implementing APIs around IAM for internal tooling and automation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in other areas of [xxxxx], to ensure alignment and streamlining of IAM implementations
  • Facilitating and assisting with regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
  • Exploring emerging tendencies and technologies to continuously ensure the security of our services

Personality matters
We are looking for an Identity & Access Management Specialist with experience in designing and implementing solutions. There are many entry points to this position, but we imagine that you have a relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.

Specifically, we are looking for experience with the following:

  • Coding/scripting for REST API management and automation
  • Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory. Experience with Entra Cloud sync or Entra Connect sync is considered a plus
  • Authentication methods and multifactor authentication, password-less and token-based access
  • IAM frameworks, principles, and industry best practices with a preference for Zero Trust and least privilege principles
  • Single sign-on mechanisms and federated identity protocols like OAuth, SAML and OpenID

As a person, you take initiative and can work independently to achieve your goals, but you value professional sparing and knowledge sharing, as you see this as the primary way to grow together. You have a strong desire to learn, and the prospect of acquiring new knowledge and skills drives you to examine different areas of your field.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and written. Danish is considered an advantage.
