[xxxxx]'s Hearing Care organization (B2C) has experienced significant growth, becoming a prominent global retailer within the hearing aid sector, with a presence in over 25 markets. Our commitment to strategic and commercial excellence fuels our journey to "help more people hear better."

We are experiencing the benefits of implementing more strategic and commercial initiatives across the business and are searching for a Strategy and Excellence Manager to conduct quantitative/qualitative analyses, shape and execute our strategy and build global commercial capabilities while securing the connection between marketing, sales, audiology and technology. This position will provide you with a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of developing our strategy and commercial excellence function.

Ensure Commercial Excellence

As our new Strategy and Excellence Manager, your responsibility will be to identify, co-develop and implement strategic initiatives, and commercial processes, best practices and tools to maximize commercial impact and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will assess, review, define and inspire local practices with a focus on ensuring efficiency and leveraging market opportunities.

You will be part of a team where we work with data and insights, design-thinking, project management and more. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the commercial excellence team, as well as local markets and other global functions. You will support in providing actionable strategic and commercial recommendations - both for local and global management.

Joining us your primary focus will be to:

• Conduct commercial excellence analyses to pinpoint opportunities for maximizing impact.
• Develop selected commercial excellence projects, fostering collaboration between local markets and global functions.
• Ensure the development of our group strategy and spearhead strategic projects.
• Provide insights and communication support to senior management on key strategic initiatives.

The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Smørum, Denmark and with some flexibility to work from home. Travel activity is expected to approx. 20-40 days per year.

At the same time, it is important that you are a proactive and humble person to whom it comes naturally to establish and maintain personal relations across a large organization.

You have 3-5 years of professional experience from a position in management consulting or an in-house business development position or similar.
