International Trainer - Technology & Audiology

Become a part of the Global Training team
As International Trainer, you will be part of the Global Training & Sales Enablement team within the Commercial Operation’s function consisting of sixteen dedicated colleagues. The team has an important role in bringing our business forward by delivering high-quality training that ensures our [xxxxx] organizations globally maintain a high knowledge with regards to products, technologies, audiology and fitting solutions.

In this role, you will develop training materials and conduct training activities to equip our local wholesale organizations to professionally train hearing care professionals on Oticon, Bernafon and Philips hearing solutions. You will do this by using your creativity along with your audiological and technological knowledge to create presentations, videos, and e-learning modules that support hearing care professionals to understand our products and be able to counsel their clients on the benefits of these solutions.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Maintain a high knowledge of our hearing solutions, fitting software, accessories and features
• Use your knowledge to create training materials in various formats that work in a train-the-trainer set-up that are relevant for hearing care professionals
• Conduct live webinar training of local wholesale training teams equipping them with the knowledge to further train hearing care professionals in their local markets
• Work closely with key stakeholders in the organization including Product Specialists, Research Audiologists and Marketing teams in the development of training materials

Are you a tech proficient educational content creator?

You are motivated by using your expertise and creativity to guide and train others. Moreover, you thrive when you navigate in a complex and international set up with many and very diverse stakeholders.

We are looking for applicants with the following background and skills:

• An educational background within Audiology or Hearing Sciences
• Experience with fitting hearing aids in a busy clinic
• Experience within the hearing aid industry or medical device industry
• A positive attitude and effective stakeholder management skills
• Good communication skills both orally and written that enables you to craft communication to your target audience with clear messages
• Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, graphical layouts, Learning Management Systems and the principles of storylining
• Finally, you need to be comfortable presenting to large audiences with confidence

Our working language is English and business travel (approx. 20 days per year) should be expected.

This full-time position is based at the [xxxxx] Head Office in Smørum, Denmark.
