The position As Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving digitalization projects across sites within our Local Manufacturing department. Some of your key focus include:
  • Ensuring the overview and progress of digitalisation deliverables
  • Supporting the incubation of digitalisation ideas to maturity
  • Collaborating with LM, Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing & Devices (CSD), and Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) to support the development of digital products
  • Driving the digital community through multiple channels
  • Scouting externally for new digital solutions and staying aware of industry trends.
  • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management or any other relevant field
  • Have a technical mindset and experience with or good understanding of different digitalisation technologies such as ERP, BI, and planning tools
  • Demonstrate a proven experience in both project management and digitalisation
  • Are familiar with pharmaceutical, medical devices or manufacturing industries
  • Have fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • It would be considered as a plus if you have already worked with CMOs. As a person, you possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are good at building relationships across cultures and can get commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You thrive in working within a dynamic and international environment. Last but not least, you are proactive and can work independently. About the department LM is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organisation, and our primary role is the establishment and operation of manufacturing sites in countries where local presence is required to obtain market access. We play a vital part in bringing product to patients worldwide, by ensuring an efficient supply chain both at our contract manufactures and local sites.
