Your role:


  • Lead company’s Continuous Improvement & LEAN Program
  • Responsibility for developing and facilitating the successful implementation and use of lean tools within the production area and supporting departments
  • Work with company’s departments to develop value stream maps that establish future state targets on elimination of non-value added waste in product, material, and information flow
  • Improve manufacturing processes, drive cycle time reduction and improve product yields
  • Serve as a liaison for all levels including production/maintenance, management, engineering, logistics and other departments
  • Perform stoppage/downtime analysis and implement corrections to avoid performance misses in quality and efficiency
  • Participate in root cause and team problem solving events to improve company performance
  • Train and mentor on Lean concepts to employees throughout organization

Your profile:


  • Engineering degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement/lean manufacturing (preferably in medical device industry)
  • High proficiency in Kaizen activity and lean toolset
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001 or ISO13485) is advantage
  • Excellent English
  • Ability to mentor and facilitate lean culture change inspiring other team members to give their best effort and setting the direction for many initiatives
  • Ability to assign priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable in holding presentations, facilitating meetings and trainings
  • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and implementing stages of multiple projects and decision making
  • Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
  • Expertise in understanding of process improvement techniques and experience applying these if they are to make organizational changes
  • Ability to critically evaluate individual processes and projects, then synthesize their insights to arrive at a summary of overall organizational status
  • Ability to travels as needed

Our portfolio consists of various hemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical Medical Devices to perform breast biopsies. We are an international company with products registered in more than 100 countries. Our products are marketed in collaboration with global MedTech partners. New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production. And we manage the business with an uncompromising focus on quality based on current GMP requirements.
