About the position
In this role, you'll:
- Lead and mentor your team for technical and professional growth 🚀
- Set the course for your team and products, managing the entire development life cycle. You build it, you own it 🛠️
- Work with Product Managers to ensure alignment with business objectives, delivering valuable solutions for our users 🤝
- Contribute to the codebase, leading by example and setting high standards for code quality and best practices 💻
- Optimize engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and quality 📈
